This program is used to work with the list of user files (file of files). By this means you can create a work file and enter data.
Access
To work with the user files, you must either:
Select the File of files option from the Utilities submenu in the context-sensitive menu for environments.
Select the File of files option from the Utilities menu or the corresponding icon in the Session manager's toolbar.
Execute the command Userf <EnvironmentName> in the ADELIWS installation directory.
Data entry
File name
Field used to enter a new file name, or modify the name of the file selected in the list.

User files
List of the user files in the environment.
Single-selection list.
Buttons
Add
This button adds a new file to the list, with the name shown in the input field.
Modify
This button modifies the name of the file selected from the list, replacing it with the name shown in the input field.
This button is only enabled when a file is selected from the list.
Edit
This button opens the Document editor that lets you enter the details for the selected file.
This button is only enabled when a file is selected from the list.
Delete
This button deletes the selected file from the list.
This button is only enabled when a file is selected from the list.
Edit (KB)
Provided the file of files is the same format as the knowledge base's file of files, this button opens a window that uses a list management approach to let you work with the file of files.
Enter
Closes the dialog box.
