Description
This instruction is used to enter an explanatory text after the following instructions: %QUESTION, %MESSAGE, %CREATE_PGM.
The text specified is the one presented to the user when using the automatic building option.
The text must not exceed 6 lines, with a maximum of 75 characters per line.
