Access
To rename a management rule associated with a macro-instruction, click the Rename button in the Convert macro-instructions into management rules dialog box.

Macro
Name of the current macro-instruction.
Description
Description of the current macro-instruction.
Data entry
Rule
Name of the management rule that is to be created from the macro-instruction.
Length restricted to 15 characters.
Mandatory field.
Buttons
Previous
Returns to the previous macro-instruction selected from the list in the main dialog box (if you have made an extended selection), letting you change the name of the associated management rule.
Next
Moves on to the next macro-instruction selected from the list in the main dialog box (if you have made an extended selection), letting you change the name of the associated management rule.
Default
This button builds the management rule name, using the first 15 characters for the macro-instruction name.
Any blanks (" ") will be replaced by underscore characters ("_").
Undo
This button cancels any modifications and restores the management rule name as it was when it was last validated.
Enter
Closes the dialog box.
