This page lets you specify the generation settings for the server parts of client-server programs on iSeries servers.
The following parameters are set by default for the JOBD:
- the jobd is named <EnvName>JD,
- it is created in the object library (when the settings are validated).
Data entry
Server name
The combo box shows the detected iSeries servers.
Select the iSeries server that you want to use for Adelia Studio.
Source library
Source library name.
Default setting: <EnvName>SRC
Object library
Object (generated program) library name.
Default setting: <EnvName>OBJ
Data displayed
Validation report
This text field displays the result of any operations performed by clicking the Validate button.
Buttons
Validate
Tests the validity of the data entered. The wizard connects to the AS/400 and checks the access rights to the specified libraries - creating them if necessary.
Previous
Returns you to the Configuration Wizard description page.
Next
Displays the page that lets you select the databases to be configured.
Cancel
Closes the wizard immediately.
None of the environment's parameters are changed. However, if the user has confirmed steps in the various pages of the wizard, any objects created (compiler settings file, directories or libraries) are not deleted.
