Blob Note: If you do not use the Crystal Reports Runtime for Adelia compatible with version 9 (supplied with version 8.3 of Adelia) or with a later version, the size of Blob fields cannot exceed 32 Kb. You might then think that you can print a bitmap whose file size does not exceed 32 Kb. It is not always the case: there are several bitmap formats and the one used internally is a non compressed one, which means the size handled internally can be greater than the size of the original bitmap file. This situation will cause an error when the print program is run. |
