Access
To define a report format's parameter fields, click the Parameter fields button of the Modify a report format dialog box.
Lists
Fields
List of the parameter fields associated with the format. For each field, the following information is displayed: name (guide word), short name, length, number of decimals and description.

Buttons
Create
This button opens a dialog box which is used to create a parameter field.
Modify
This button opens a dialog box which is used to display or modify the general characteristics of a parameter field.
This button is not active when no field is selected in the list.
Delete
This button deletes the selected fields.
This button is not active when no field is selected in the list.
Modify (validation)
This button validates the modifications made and closes the dialog box.
Cancel
This button closes the dialog box without validating the modifications made.
